The Register is an informational index identifying companies that, at the time of listing, participate in a defined professional framework administered by Remodelers Advantage.
The Register is not a licensing authority, certification body, regulatory agency, rating organization, bonding entity, insurer, or guarantor.
Inclusion reflects participation in the referenced framework at the time of listing only.
Inclusion in the Register does not constitute:
An endorsement by Remodelers Advantage
A certification of competence
A warranty of quality
A guarantee of performance
A guarantee of financial stability
A guarantee of project outcome
A guarantee of regulatory compliance
Remodelers Advantage makes no representation or warranty regarding the skill, conduct, solvency, operational stability, project execution, staffing, pricing, or business practices of any listed company.
Residential design-build and remodeling projects involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Budget overruns
Schedule delays
Scope modifications
Contractual disputes
Performance disagreements
Operational or management failures
Participation in any professional framework does not eliminate these risks.
Users of the Register are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering into any contractual relationship.
Inclusion in the Register does not create:
An agency relationship
A partnership
A joint venture
A fiduciary duty
A representative relationship
Remodelers Advantage does not supervise, direct, control, or manage the operations of listed companies.
All contractual relationships exist solely between homeowners (or project owners) and the selected company.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Remodelers Advantage, Inc., its parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any:
Direct damages
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Special damages
Exemplary damages
Punitive damages
Lost profits
Economic losses
Property damage
Personal injury arising out of or relating to:
Use of or reliance upon the Register
Inclusion or exclusion from the Register
The performance, conduct, or omissions of any listed company
Statements or representations made by listed companies
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listing information
Changes in participation or standing
Use of the Register is at the user’s own risk.
The Register is provided for informational purposes only.
Users agree not to rely solely on inclusion in the Register as a determining factor in selecting a remodeling partner.
Listing status reflects participation at the time of last update. Standing may change without notice.
Remodelers Advantage makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but does not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of information.
Users of the Register agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remodelers Advantage, Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of reliance upon or use of the Register.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Remodelers Advantage, Inc. maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to use of the Register shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
Users agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
